Since the release of his debut full length, Moon Deluxe, Andrew Cedermark has moved back to New Jersey, begun work as a copyeditor at a fine local newspaper, and, most importantly to all of us, he’s been working tirelessly on a new record, tentatively titled Lean On Me.
His efforts are paying off. After giving the rough work a listen, Spin’s David Bevan called Lean On Me “a beautifully written, intermittently devastating collection of songs not unlike those of Silver Jews’ David Berman.”
Give the whole interview a read at Spin, and get into Moon Deluxe now if you haven’t already.
Oh and get stoked for Lean On Me.
